Frequently asked questions
How do I delete my account?
In applications with registration, open the profile or settings screen and choose “Delete account”. You can also email us from the address linked to your account and we will delete it and the associated data.
How do I request a copy of my data or correct it?
Send a request to support@altynqr.kz. We respond within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.
I found a bug. What should I do?
Email us with steps to reproduce and, if possible, a screenshot. Updating the app to the latest version also fixes many issues.
